This was done after receiving a notice by Viator the day before telling me to be at the Museum at the agreed upon time. I did not see the text from the guide until after I waited on time for the tour to start promptly at the scheduled time of 11am and opened the text messages to see the guide late notice that he was moving the tour up 9:45 am. I scheduled this tour months in advance and I am disappointed in Viator.”
